10/10! The food & ambiance of this place was amazing. I've grown a big liking for Thai food since visiting NYC. I'll be back to try some other dishes.

3.5 stars but rounding up to 4 Tips for if you plan on coming: - ride share is the best bet. parking is only street parking or the garage which I think is $26 maybe more. No valet. - if you're celebrating a birthday or anything they charge you $20 if you bring your own cake - they can do multiple tabs Bar of Thailand has been on my radar for a bit because I love Thai food but i was hesitant because we know the deal with Atlanta restaurants with grass walls. However, I was pleasant surprised by both the food and the service. I got the basil Thai rolls as my appetizer and they were a very light airy starter. Came with 4 so shareable but not super shareable. I would probably get these again. For my entree I got the smoked duck panang curry. The curry was sweet and savory as most panang curry is and the duck had a crispy like outer shell with a chewy inside. I thought it was flavorful and I think it was a good portion size. It may look small but I was able to take some to go. Most of my table ended up getting the basil fried rice which I heard different opinions about. Some said it was too salty and dry and ended up ordering a side of yum yum sauce to go with it ($4 extra which was a bit weird but go off). Others thought it was fine as is. The portion size for the fried rice was LARGE so I definitely could see two people splitting it. Overall, cute ambiance and aesthetically pleasing if you decided to take pics.

My boss took our office here for Admin day! As soon as I saw this place my eyes lit up. It was so pretty. The abundance of flowers and decorations just draws you in. The bartender did not play any games when it came to those drinks. Good and strong just how I like it. We ordered a variety of appetizers. From calamari to veggie rolls. Everything was very good. My main course, I ordered the noodles with shrimp and black mussels! A HIT! Everyone else enjoyed their food as well. We took pictures, laughed and enjoyed our evening celebration. I will be back!!

When I tell you that the food was amazing, that would be an understatement! The service was outstanding. The place is beautiful. It's colorful with lovely flowers. The DJ was on point.

Just stop what youre doing and go! From start to finish, top tier experience and food. I hate Atl restaurants who think a grass wall is half the battle - this place is pretty AND delicious. I didn't have an appetizer because two desserts looked enticing and I wanted to make sure I had space for one. I had the stir fry noodle dish with mussels, calamari and shrimp and it was SO GOOD. i asked for That hot spice level, and my lips were tingling in pleasure. such amazing flavor and the noodles were ramen-esque. The lychee tea was so refreshing and the right amount of sweet. Now the dessert, a butterfly pea sticky rice with mango ice cream, fresh mango pieces and pistachios. Honey - NOWHERE in atl thailandia are the desserts topping this! Service was attentive and friendly, well earned the automatic 18% lol.

Im going to tell you right now Im here for the fried rice‼ Best Thai food I have had in ATL so far! I went on a Tuesday around 6:00PM. Location It is located near Piedmont Park in a suite on the corner of a tall building. There are flowers on the front to help identify the place, but it is still hard to find while driving. The restaurant is facing a one way street so navigation was annoying. I pasted the place 2 times before I realized where it was. Parking is typical ATL trash- on the street. There is 2 hour parking next to the building however it is only 7AM to 7PM. I found free parking a block up along the street. This was my first time visiting this place. Even though it was after work on a tuesday the place was nearly empty. My party was the only one there for a good minute. So we had some good Peace and Quiet Total was $159.90 () I got 4 Strawberry Margaritas , 2 bottled waters, Thai Chicken Wings, Smoked Duck Panang , Cucumber Salad, 2 Basil Fried Rice. Pricing is average for downtown ATL. Get a lot- spend a lot. Most entrees in the high teens or low twenties. One person will spend at least $20-$40 here on one meal. Gratuity is included regardless of party size. Pros: Happy Hour! Ends at 7:00PM if I'm not mistaken. Week days only. Drinks and appetizers from $7. I ordered 4 as soon as I walked in before the price went up. Even though it was after work on a tuesday the place was nearly empty. My party was the only one there for a good minute. So we had some good Peace and Quiet Even when people came in it never got really loud. The food was great I must say! The cucumber salad was fresh. I loved how they cut the cucumber giving it ridges and the salad dressing they used was delicious and rich. Not like other places who give watered down dressing and badly chopped veggies. The rice!! Baby I will be BACK for that rice! It was SO good! The rice was cooked hibachi style (fresh off stove) with the perfect amount of flavor! Some thai food can be too strong with herbs or really spicy but this one was PERFECT! The fried rice is definitely one of those dishes you get to-go anytime you are near! The service was great! Our waitress made sure to continuosly check on us and kept us up to date on waiting time for the food. She gave suggestions and was very friendly. I love how they didnt ignore us because we were the only ones in the restaurant. A+ Cons: That parking is going to KILL it everytime I tell you! No one wants to struggle to find parking just to eat. They need to run a valet, obtain a lot somewhere, or give a map/clear instructions on where to park in the area. Would I Recommend: If you can find a parking space then it's a no brainer! Yes! Definitely go! If you want to just pull up and eat without a parking hassel and walking- I would not recommend due to location.

I took a friend out for his birthday, and the service was lovely. We got some sake, and that was enjoyable, with excellent service recommendations. We ended up sharing the platter, and it was wonderful. The decor and ambiance are gorgeous. I'm glad Atlanta has a place that tastes as good as it looks here at B.O.T.

Parking garage next door Happy Hour is from 5-7 Service is quick Beautiful vibes and ambiance...kinda small inside The ramen with seafood is amazing

A fantastic neighborhood find I've walked by this place at least a dozen times and have never stopped in. It's usually because I'm making a B line to the gay clubs right up the street and Thai food, during the intense period of pregame inebriation, is usually at the back of my mind I finally decided to stop in on a Sunday after a much needed weekend in. Needless to say, I had the best Thai food I've ever had here. I always sit at the bar in a new place because the bar is the social epicenter of any properly managed restaurant with a liquor license. Upon arrival, I quickly received many tips and suggestions from the bartender on what to eat and drink. I decided to go with the atypical and BOT signature Panang duck and salmon, and also ordered the Thai classic, highly revered chicken satay. The food is absolutely breathtaking. The chicken satay blew all other satays I've had out of the water - and believe me, I go to a Thai place in every city I visit. The Panang duck left me feeling a level of pleasure that was indescribable. I honestly wish I took better photos - because I felt dirty being in public after the absolute blissful ecstasy I felt after digging into that dish. The cocktails are original and interactive, and pair with the food seamlessly!! I was seriously impressed with cheeky monkey and lychee martini. Also who doesn't love a little bit of gold flakes in your drink?? Whenever it comes out the other end, I feel like a king. If you don't, than there's something wrong with you. I've added this into my neighborhood rotation. And you should too.
